A Dr. D Sports proposal · for Tri-City Basketball Academy / Tri-City Prep
Built for the next level.
A ground-up digital home that turns Tri-City into a recruiting platform, a community hub and a giving destination — not a template page with a schedule link.
A placeholder, not a platform
- — Generic hosted-league template with vendor ads
- — Facebook & Instagram links and a "National Schedule" post
- — No programs, players, coaches, story or way to give
- — Nothing for a recruiter to evaluate or a donor to support
An owned brand ecosystem
- → Dynamic player cards with privacy-first gated profiles
- → Programs, training, schedules and news managed in-house
- → Mission storytelling with integrated donations
- → Live social highlights and sponsor visibility

Investment
Clear pricing.
Accepting the agreement and paying the deposit starts a 12-month retainer with 15717698 Canada Inc.
For context: a website and backend system like this typically costs $5,000–$8,000 USD to build, with full-service retainers starting at $495 USD / month.
This partnership is priced far below market — made possible by the value exchange below.
Website + backend build
Covers build credits for the backend system and front page — charged at cost. Large revision rounds may need more credits, also at cost. Invoiced separately.
Sponsorship work
10 hours of sponsorship strategy and outreach. Standard rate is $200/hour — this is $50/hour, a 75% partner discount.
Monthly care plan
Maintenance plus up to 2 hours of revisions each month. Extra hours $50/hour (standard $200). Starts after launch. AI credits are not included — any used are invoiced to Tri-City at cost.
Why almost at cost?
This is a partnership, not just an invoice.
Dr. D Sports is a start-up building its name in youth sport. Tri-City gets a premium website, backend system, sponsorship, Crediversity access and workshops at a fraction of market rate — in exchange, Tri-City helps the brand grow:
Monthly social promotion
Tri-City features Dr. D Sports once a month across its social channels — a post, story or shoutout to its athletes and families.
Referrals to other programs
Warm introductions to coaches, teams, schools, colleges and universities that need a site like this one.
A flagship case study
Permission to showcase the finished Tri-City site (with approved content) as proof of what Dr. D Sports builds.
Interviews & game access
Opportunities for Dr. D Sports to interview players and coaches, and access to Tri-City games across the GTA for content and coverage.
Everyone wins: Tri-City's athletes get opportunity and education, and Dr. D Sports reaches the programs that need it next.
